New & Returning Clients
All potential new clients (including those coming from referrals) need to fill out our intake/screen to be considered for an evaluation. If you are a returning client and have not been seen in over 6 months, please fill out the intake/screen below for returning clients.

A staff member will follow up within a week to set up a patient portal and complete paperwork
​You will receive a confirmation email that you are on our waitlist once all of your paperwork is complete.

If you are interested in neuropsychological services, please navigate to our Neuropsychological Testing Services page. You DO NOT need to complete a neuropsychological evaluation to be seen by our therapists or psychiatrists.

Therapy
Current wait time for an evaluation is approximately 10-12 weeks for children/adolescents and 10-12 weeks for adults.

The initial evaluation would only allow us to determine if our center is the best fit for your needs or if you would be better suited seeing another provider. It is not a guarantee of ongoing treatment. However, if the clinician determines that we are an appropriate match for your concerns, we will do the best we can to get you established quickly for regular appointments. Therefore, please be advised that there may be a delay to the actual start of treatment and that treatment may be with a clinician other than the one that completed the evaluation. After your evaluation is complete (1-3 sessions), you will be provided with recommendations and added to our treatment list, if our clinic is a good fit for you. Your recommendations may include attending one of our classes or a medication evaluation with a psychiatrist to better prepare you for therapy. We encourage you to follow any recommendations given to get the most benefit out of your care and help shorten your time in treatment. We will contact you as soon as possible to schedule with a specialist that fits your needs based on your evaluation. Evaluations and regular sessions are offered both telehealth and in person.
Minor children are required to attend the evaluation session with at least one parent/legal guardian. Parent only consultations are available by request for the first session but those sessions cannot be billed to insurance. Minors age 14-17 can seek therapy services without parental consent for up to 12 sessions/4 months but excluding psychiatric service.

Psychiatry
Current wait time for an med evaluation is approximately 1-2 weeks for children/adolescents and 1-2 weeks for adults.

Our psychiatrists are not in network with any insurance.
Our psychiatrists specialize in anxiety/OCD medication management. ​They do not participate with insurance. Our psychiatrists treat children, adolescents, teens, and adults. The initial session is about 90​ minutes - 2 hours. Follow up sessions are 30-45 mins long. Our psychiatrists treat children/adolescents/teens/adults. Minor children are required to attend the evaluation session with at least one parent/legal guardian. You do not need to be seeing a therapist at the Anxiety and OCD Treatment Center of Ann Arbor to receive med management care.

Dr. Hilton sees clients in-person and via telehealth. Dr. LaRosa sees clients only via telehealth. You must be in Michigan to receive medication services.
