Jody Hoffman, PhD, LP
Dr. Hoffman completed her doctoral training in clinical psychology in 2003 at Bowling Green State University (Ph.D. program) and the University of Calgary Medical School (clinical psychology internship), where her research and training interests included intensive focus on anxiety and anxiety-related disorders, behavioral medicine, and the entire spectrum of cognitive behavioral and behavioral therapy techniques. From 2003-2005 she completed a postdoctoral clinical psychology fellowship at the University of Michigan's Department of Psychiatry; her primary training was conducted within the Anxiety Disorders Clinic, with a secondary focus in perinatal mental health. She has also done intensive training in the integration of acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) with traditional exposure therapy techniques. Dr. Hoffman has comprehensive expertise in evidence-based assessment and treatment of all disorders seen at our clinic.

Dr. Hoffman is in-network with Blue Care Network (BCN, including U-M Premier Care) and Medicare. Payment is expected at the time of service. If your insurance covers out of network therapy, Dr. Hoffman can provide documentation to submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. Please review questions to ask about your insurance coverage here. Dr. Hoffman is also able to provide you with a proof of service receipt if you wish to submit it to your Health Savings Plan (HSP/HSA) for reimbursement.
