Sara has extensive experience working with anxiety disorders and Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), including intensive outpatient ERP.
Sara bases her treatment plans on current scientific evidence and works with patients, parents, and families to help manage symptoms and improve functioning. Her goal is for patients to “become their own therapist” and learn skills that will serve them in all aspects of life.
